The management turns a blind eye to the use of illegal drugs on the premises. If you live next to or above someone who is smoking marijuana, then the odor of it comes through the thin walls into your apartment. The management has been made aware of the problem, but they never do anything to remove the marijuana and crystal meth smoking tenants. Also I don't know if anyone is aware of it yet. but this complex has been taken over by Summit Asset Management which allows (Section 8) and other (extremely low income residents) to more in which has caused the crime in the area to skyrocket, as well as increased the amount of tenants who sell and use drugs to be readily accepted. Lastly the Montgomery Police Department rarely patrols the area for drug activity or crime prevention because it's private property.
