Management need to do a better job on staying on top of things. I know that apt. complexes can not discriminate on who they rent to but the quality of people can make them or break them. Stonebridge quality of renters is not good. They have no respect for the property or themselves which shows when one drive into Stonebridge. Management need to become more strict on guidelines and mean what they say. Trash service need to come and collect more often. Stonebridge need to invest in cameras in the parking lot and if that means going up on the rent; then do so. Also, repair the tennis court. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
