I have lived at Stratford Village for less than 1 year and, by far, this place has the worst on site management of any apartment I have ever lived in. The management does a wonderful job of fooling potential residents with their first impression. But, once you move in, the story changes. The management acts as if it is an inconvenience when they are asked to perform any maintenance tasks and that is proven by the time it takes to accomplish these tasks. Management regularly takes extended breaks leaving the office unattended. I never knew you could take 2 or 3 one hour or more breaks per day. The first of the month is a different story because they definitely want to collect their rent on time. The residents are nice and it is usually a quiet environment. But, management makes this a less than desirable living experience. Heed my advice and do as I will soon and look elsewhere. It will save you a lot of headache in the end.
