I have been living in Sturbridge for almost three years, but I just recently moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment, and the neighbors above me are just steadily bumping and everything on my living room wall just rattles from the bumping. I know that you have normal disturbances, normal moving around, but it sounds like they go knees first into the floor majority of the day. I have complained to management, but they are so nonchalant. That is not the only thing I have complained about during my stay here, but the management, staff don't care about complaints. Even the current courtesy officer is lazy and does not respond in a timely manner and is everything but courteous. The one thing that I can is they have a group of wonderful maintenance personnel. If they got a set of new, caring office personnel, I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

100% correct! Management and ownership could care less about residents problems. Complex has more and more rowdy residents. The postings relating to the problems at the pool are also correct. And if you want to use the fitness center you will find that some of the equipment has been broke for over 90 days. Landscaping leaves something to be desired. Would not recommend Sturbridge to anyone with small children or those seeking tranquility!

I completely disagree with all of you. I have lived here at Sturbridge for three years now and have never had a major problem. And when i've had to deal with the ladies at the office, thay have always been caring and friendly. I also live in a downstairs, and have never had a noise problem.

To the one who has never experienced any noise problem you're one of the lucky ones. Before I moved from the front of the complex to another unit, I did not have a problem with noise. I've made complaints and I was told nothing could be done and "We can't tell residents how to live", even though they're disturbing other neighbors.
