The Mark Apartments are okay to live in. The maintenance is horrible though. It takes maintenance forever to fix a problem and you may have to go back to them after they supposedly fixed the problem to redue it. You have to continually stay on top of management to get maintenance to come fix the problem at your apartment. For the most part they do keep the area clean and the apartments seem to be well insulated. Electricity bill every month is reasonable. However you can hear your neighbors, but fortunately they are not very loud. You can hear your upstairs neighbor move around. Have not had any safety problems.
