Yes, I've been here for six years. I moved here I was in the military, and the apts were a military "friendly" place, but now, it still have a few military personnel around, but it is slowly going to the "hoodlums". The building in which I stay in has been great. I've been blessed to have great neighbors across from me. When I first moved in, the negihbors upstairs were cool as well, but since they have moved out, well, it is a whole different caliber of people. The grounds are well kept. If nothing else gets done around the complex, the lawn is getting done. As for management, like most places, they come and go. I haven't had no issues out of any of them. Most of them get to know me by name, so I guess that is a good thing. The apts sit in front of a housing community, so the location is not too bad. Right off the blvd so it is convenient to get to fast food, shopping, and movies. The apts are not the best, but sometimes you just have to work with what you got. They could use some updating - like painting and new carpet. Oh, if you need your carpet cleaning, you have to ask for it or just get it done yourself. I thought when you renewed your lease, it was automatic, but I learned otherwise. There is a pool, but I haven't ventured to it in the 6 years I've been here because everyone in their family be there. It is more of the neighborhood pool than the complex pool. The gym needs some serious updating. Of course the clubhouse is nice. They use to rent it out, but I think there were too many "loud" parties. Anyway, like any apartment, you need to compare it to others.
