My husband and I lived in Three Fountains for a little over a year. The management of this property changed so much that it was ridiculous. They did not know what was going on there. We moved into the apartments in May and we left after year for several reasons. Yeah the rent was cheap for the large apartments but the air conditioners constantly break, maintenance does not fix everything, there is always an excuse for something, and during that time we received 4 notices that our 1 year lease had expired. The icing that really made us leave, our car was stolen and the rent staff could have cared less. We asked if they could replace the bulbs on the customized lamp posts outside the apartment and they looked at us like we grew another head. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my dog to live in. It sucks and I really hope that they read this and change the way they run an apartment complex.
