I live in Turtle Place Apartments and it is a wonderful place to live. It's small, VERY well kept, and wonderfully quiet pretty much all the time. The people who work at Turtle Place are very nice and care about what you thing. We had a link in a ceiling a couple of weeks ago and had an awful mess to clean and the employees offered to clean it up for us! They care about how we live!
