I have lived in the apartments for a year now and have not really had a problem with the maintenance crew. I do however have a problem with the inside of my 1 bedroom. The celing for example, is cracking. This is is the kitchen where the celing meets the wall. I'd say there is about a 5ft crack in length. In the batroom, in one corner of the shower, the paint is peeling off. Outside of my apartment in the yard area, when it rains water puddles up so much so you can't even walk down the sidewalk to get to your vehicle. Water stands like a small pond and covers a part of the sidewalk.

One of the managers, no names mentioned, is the most rude person I have ever come in contact with. One of the girls that works in the office thinks that you are beneath her. She never speaks and has an attitude if she does speak if "backed in a corner".

There has been two cars broken into and to my amazement, and SUV sitting on blocks one morning when I came home from work. This guy had 24' rims and tires that some "jacked" right there in the parking lot across from my apartment. Wow....is this a place you want to live in'' Also, two buildings over from mine, there were shootings that had Montgomery's finest called to. Five police cars were called to the scene. Have no idea what happened, management is keeping it "hush, hush"!!!

Think about these things when you consider this place.
