i lived in vaughn lakes for 6 months and it was a terrible experience. i had no weather stripping around the back door and asked for months for them to fix it. they didn't i just moved out. 3 of my neighbors had been robbed at gun point in their apartment. vaugh lakes did nothing to keep out the crime other than install an automatic gate that broke after one day and was never used again. oh yeah automatic gates still let in criminals they just have to wait a second for the arm to go up. vaughn lakes is slum lord living at the best. i would say to move into an apartment on the west side of town because you will be safer and pay less.
