Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
These apartments have gotten progressively worse in the 3 years I rented. Suspicious people and activity is the norm. At least one homicide and countless property crimes in the past couple of years. Advertised as a "gated" community when the "gate" consisted of a plastic arm that automatically raised for everyone. Now even that's gone. Wouldn't walk around at night without a firearm.
