My fiance and I just moved here from out of town and we like it. It's very quiet. I feel safe. There is no gate. We haven't had any maintainence concerns. Haven't seen any pests. This is a large apartment ground, so maybe some of the bad reviews are coming from people who live in buildings away from ours. I will say that Cassie in the leasing office is rude, and not helpful at all. She walks around as if she's not working. Like you're bothering her by making a simple request. I worked with her when I was first looking at this apartment. She didn't leave a good impression at all. However, Kim, is extremely helpful and professional. I can go to her with as many quesitons and concerns as I want and I never feel like I'm bothering her. Other than, Cassie, I dont have any problems with Vaughn Lakes...If I do, I will come back and update this review.
