my husband and I have been living here for seven months we still don't have the ice maker promised!!! The wall paper is peeling . Our apartment flooded twice this year because of rusty water heaters!!! The pest control is non-existent and I found mice pellets under my sink, couch, and countertops. When we moved in there were alot of stray cats and one new neighbor told us no one has occupied our unit since his three years there... I guess I and the rats know why
