This was my first place in Montgomery and the staff [mainly Virginia] is wonderful she is always understanding and courteous. But I did see more than my share of disturbing things at this place, one word is the Ghetto!!
On one occasion, I actually saw someone passed out on the courtyard complex, on several occasions I have seen several people driving on the grass. I have heard neighbors that get into physical altercations all the time. I did question some neighbors about the constant commotion from that apartment and one remarked they are used to the behavior and its has been going as long as they have lived there.I would not refer anyone to this complex. I have heard too many people using profane language in front of my door on a weekly occasions. I have also made complaints to the after hours staff about music being played to loudly, but it only stops it for that night and the next it is loud as it was previously. Numerous times I have heard music so loud it has actually shaken the floor of my apartment. I am now completely embarrassed to let my friends know where I leave due to I never know what to expect when I come home. A final reason why I have chosen to leave, I feel my safety is compromised by living here. While up late studying someone actually attempted several times to turn my doorknob and try to gain entry into my apartment. It completely scares me that this apartment complex doesnt have deadbolts on its doors, while the chain is a nice touch, I do not feel it is suffice to protect one from intruders. Also don't beleive it when they say the have an officer that patrols, I live almost a year and I haven't seen him, even though I have made several complaints for him to come and patrol the area
