I moved in to this apartment complex because of the special that they had offering a move in bonus towards the first month's rent. I'm a college student and can not afford much so I realize that to a certain extent, beggars cannot be choosers. However, I have had nothing but problems since moving in. Items that I indicated as in non working order in my initial move in sheet, which was well over 6 months ago, have still not been fixed. Since then, other items have rendered themselves in non working order. Some of these even pose a health risk. Talking to the front office does absolutely nothing. In fact, until it becomes a matter of money, they do absolutely nothing to take care of any problems. I would move out in a heart beat but breaking the lease is expensive and the start up to get a new apartment is hefty. However, rest assured that I will NOT be renewing my lease.
