When we were shown a model for a one bedroom apartment, the model was SO much nicer than the actual apartment we were assigned. Had the same floor plan and all, but the model had recently been refurbished. Our apartment shows years upon years upon years of wear and tear. The laundry facility is rarely clean and therefore gives me the creeps. And that's where I have to pick up the mail. The pool behind the front office looks OK, but the second pool often will have old junk like hair clips, etc., floating in it or sunk to the bottem. Kinda gross. The people in the management office are friendly, but you really have to watch that they correctly charge you. Some of the residents seem iffy, but people tend to keep to themselves. On the good side, I would say the rent is reasonable. Very much "you get what you pay for" Vintage Pointe isn't great, but OK for the price. Don't have loud lovin' in your apartment, or you might hear the couple next door trying to outdo you half hour later. If you have a choice, go for an unstairs apartment, facing a grassy area, not a parking lot. The balcony will be quiter and more peaceful. People on the ground floor rarely use thier patios, but you often see people on their balconies in nice weather. Especially the ones that face a grassy area. The hair salon you might see mentioned in their flyer has moved to a new location. I don't know if they'll put something new there or not. So, I would recommend Vintage Pointe if you are on a tight budget and realize that you get what you pay for. If you want to live somewhere classy, keep looking. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
