In the year that I've lived here, I've seen the quality of life here get steadily worse. It was never great in the first place, which is why I'm moving as soon as my lease expires. In the past year or so, I've noticed the noise get far worse, with thumping stereos at all hours of the day and night. People wandering on and off property on their way to some of the nearby bars, and people putting literature under and in your door, which many residents throw on the ground, where it remains with assorted other garbage for weeks at a time. I've seen a large piece of garbage that has been sitting on the ground for eight months now, and it's out in the open. The laundry facility is filthy, the apartments are ancient and poorly insulated. The complex itself is noisy, dirty and unsafe. If you can afford better, then go somewhere else, you won't feel safe here!

I been living here for almost a year, and I agree with this, the noise at this apartment is HORRIBLE! Can't wait for my lease to expire!
