You get what you pay for. I will not be renewing my lease. The laundry rooms are filthy and the machines are not repaired; Management does not enforce their own rules about the tenants keeping their patios/balcony's clean; Maintenance repairs take far too long, if and when they are repaired (one outstanding repair is now over 9 months old after being reported many, many times); and the maintenance crew drive their golf carts all over the grass which makes unsightly tracks and tears up the grass. The two things that stand out as positive are the friendly office personnel and having ample parking. Would I suggest the apartment complex' NO...not unless you cannot afford better. Again, you get what you pay for.
