I would not recommend Vintage Pointe Apartments. The apartments are very old and there are so many things that needs to be repaired. After two weeks of living there, I encountered numerous of problems. The ac unit did not work properly, the unit had an electrical problem, beer bottles were left in front of my unit as well as trash. I reported the problem several times to management and the problem was never corrected. It gets worse. People were hanging outside proped up on their cars all the time, which made me feel unsafe. Cars would drive through the complex during any hour of the night playing loud music, especially on the weekend. The manger is the worst. She is never available and you have to make an appointment to discuss issues with her. The leasing contract is bogus. For instance, before moving out they require you to get the carpet PROFESSIONALLY cleaned by a cleaning company and you have to bring in the receipt showing where it was done before you can get your deposit. It gets worse because the carpet is stained up very badly before moving in. I have only lived in Vintage Pointe for two months, and I can't wait until my lease is up.
