i have stayed there for 2 years every single day was like a hell.Owners really need to change the management i have never seen any body so rude towards there customers in my entire life.consider yourself very lucky if somebody answers your phone and talks to you nicely over the phone.Mantenance sucks! you will never have them come and fix your problems.and on top of that if you call the office and complain you will be turned down by the veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy rude and unfriendly staff. HEALTH DEPARTMENT shoud come and visit this propery and should really do something about the garbage everywhere on the property, there is animal poo and all kind of dirty stuff all over. City should do something about it as one other person in the previous reviews mentioned.well in the end i would also like the bring to the owners attention that before you raise the rent you need to upgrade your apartments , where people could live and feel safe. and yes please if office people promise you any thing (by chance) get it in writing from them next they wont even recognise who are you.
