I have never felt so helpless and hopeless in my life...you can't get anyone on the phone at the office...it's always turned over to the answering service and if they call you back the staff gives a lot of attitude and tell you the manager is too busy to take your call. My apartment was flooded in the kitchen and bathroom for over a week...disgusting. It may be cheap, but it's not worth the price you pay in case of an emergency.

yes i feel your pain. they are horrible. i was recently there at the ashton and the management sucks the have a stupid manager and asssistant manager. EVERY TIME someone calls the Assistant NEVER allows you to speak with the Property MAnager. She acts like she is the damn MANAGER. i hate her. they are soooooo rude and they are always outside smoking and missing the fone calls. it either goes to the answering machine or the answering service and they DONT check the answering machine and return ppls calls. they are ignorant and the apartments are not worth the price. the only repainted over the old wall paper and this maintenance is no better they suck as well and take forever to fix things. OH how i HATE THE ASHTON. VIntage pointe was better.

i thought it will get better when management changed. i have stayed there when it was Vintage Pointe. i used to feel helpless too i was out of that mess when my lease expired.It will always be the same new management must have inherited the attitude problem from the old management.
