I do not live out there but have a family member who does.Apts are nice and I like the set-up. If you do not have children, expect a lot of children. Apt. accepts Section 8. Also expect for people to be hanging out in the parking lot during the summer sometime. Crime rate is low out there, too many nosy people around (smile). Apt. complex also have cameras out in the parking lot where the courtesy officer can monitor from their home what is going on. I hear the cameras can zoom in and out. No real problem, just a lot of children.
