Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
It's hard to get problems fixed, low income area and the rent goes drastically up EVERY time your lease comes due. I've lived at Wellington Point for 2 years and I've noticed fluctuations in care shown by the staff. In the last couple of months I've seen needles on the ground outside. Everything was built 40 years ago and it shows. Doesn't look like anything has been updated since the 60's.
