Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Wellington point used to be alright about a year or two ago but not it is nothing but the projects. There are to many different people there and all you hear is music all night. The apartments themselves are rundown with very poor mainttenence and property management. It used to be run by a nice white lady now its 2 ghetto queens. So please do not waste your time or money going you will do better staying in the projects. You would not feel safe because they don't have security but a courtesy officer and with that they have to many drug dealers there as well so you would not be safe. If you are a female get a gun and armed security to lead you to your apt every day.
