Very Nice From: turbodog Date posted: 12/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Very nice apartments, lived here for over a year. Noise - never an issue for me, I understand one tenant was evicted for being too noisy, but that was not in my block, so I cannot comment, but well done to management. Maintenance - sometimes took a while for service, but on the whole everything was taken care of eventually. Parking - plenty and well lit Security and local area - security was fine, sometime I noticed kids from the local areas playing in the pool and gym, but they never caused any problems. Local area was OK local shops were adequate for essentials. On the whole, a nice apartment community, that I would recommend. ps. for leasing furniture, try Harolds furniture in Birmingham (no, I am not the owner!!)
