They just let their dogs go wherever and don't pick it up. The words "mine field" seems appropriate. The "lake" is a stagnant pond that stinks and looks polluted. The interstate billboard that claims it to be a "luxury apartment home community" might be stretching it a bit. And you can't call it a "gated community" when cars drive through and break the gate once a month and the kids from the neighboring complex come over and use the pool. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
