Ashley Manor Apartments 100% Recommended May 01 2008: GOOD AREA. GREAT PRICING. EFFECIENT LIVING SPACE. FRIENDLY OFFICE STAFF. CLEAN POOL. NO ANIMALS. THE ONLY ISSUES AS FAR AS COMPLAINTS :DOMESTIC CALLS TO POLICE BETWEEN BICKERING EX'S ON SOME PORTIONS OF THE PROPERTY. BUT NOTHING MAJOR BETWEEN TENANTS. The Oaks of St. Clair 40% Recommended Apr 07 2008: Have been here for awhile and it is becoming the "Hood" a tenants car was vandalized, wheels were stolen in broad daylight, noone saw anything, also kids breaking into the fence. Gated community, if it is not broken open everyday&# The Oaks of St. Clair 40% Recommended Jun 05 2007: There isn't a playground and absolutely no space for children to run and play except near the pond and with children ages 4 1/2, 3 and 1 1/2 that isn't going to happen. The words "mine field" seems appropriate. The "lake" is a stagnant pond that stinks and looks polluted.
