Great Place I have lived at Ashley Manor twice and both times have been great! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Any time there was a maintenance issue the maintenance men have been very nice and took care of the problem.

horrible apartments We recently moved in here and they will not fix anything. The rent is way to high to live in these trashy aparments. All the management cares about is collecting the rent, they do not care about the residents. Do not move in here.

Forget about it I lived at The Oaks for 2 years , when I moved in it was a nice place, however things change and the place is turning into a real dump. The management team has absolutely no concern for the residents. The noise level in the parking lot has gotten real bad. Drunks at 3AM

Great Staff! I moved into Ashley Manor Apartments on April 15, 2008. I was very impressed with the office staff who took great care of me. I even had a "goodie bag" waiting on me when I got to the apartment.
I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for apartment dwelling.

GOOD AREA GOOD AREA. GREAT PRICING. EFFECIENT LIVING SPACE. FRIENDLY OFFICE STAFF. CLEAN POOL. NO ANIMALS. THE ONLY ISSUES AS FAR AS COMPLAINTS :DOMESTIC CALLS TO POLICE BETWEEN BICKERING EX'S ON SOME PORTIONS OF THE PROPERTY. BUT NOTHING MAJOR BETWEEN TENANTS.
