I've been living in Northbrook for two years now and I love it! I have a spacious one bedroom, the grounds are clean and landscaped, the manager is very nice and helpful,and the office staff is friendly. One time I was sick and wasn't able to make it back to my apartment for a few days and they assisted me by feeding my cat!! I really appreciated that! There have been some days were the office staff has come off a little snotty. I have heard good and bad things from my fellow neighbors. There is a high rent and it gets higher every year! Also it's great the aparments have porches but it would be even better if they were all closed off. My porch has high traffic do to my neighbors.
