My husband and I have lived at Northbrook for 2 years and we love it. We both lived in the classic college apartments before and wanted something quieter and more family oriented. The only problem we've had is with our air conditioner, it seems to be a little old and needs charging a few times a year, but once we call them they are quick to respond. We've never had a problem with roaches or spiders, which surprises me considering it is an apartment. While the rent is a little higher than what we were paying before, we feel like it is worth every penny. I would recommend Northbrook to anyone.
