I lived in one of the townhouses in the very last section of the apartment community, and I must say that I really enjoyed it greatly. My roommate and I were graduate students working on our theses and we wanted to have peace and quiet, which we did throughout our stay there. I will admit that the beginning of our stay was shaky because of one of the leasing agents false promises, but after raising sand in the office in front a bunch of people, our problem was taking care of quickly. Usually when we called the maintenance number any problems we had were taken care of within a day or two. However, when we spoke with people in the office about maintenance issues, sometimes they came out and other times they didn't. We learned quickly not to go through the leasing office to take care any maintenance issues. Overall, our area was pretty quiet and we never had any safety issues. I would actually forget to lock my doors sometimes and still never had a problem.

I have found, just within 2 months of living here that the office are rude!
