I don't know what happened to Northbrook, but they are horrible now! We basically moved on because of their reputation, but they are very slow on maintenance, and they don't stick to their promises on getting things fixed. I have been down there about 5 or 6 times now for the same problem, and it just broke again. The leasing office is full of smiling faces and promises, but nothing gets done. I have many stories that I could go on about for a while. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.
