Cool place to live Nice place to live. I love my town home - the downstairs is huge! Office people are friendly - they seem to really like my dogs:) Haven't had too many needs for maintenance but they have always handled things good for me.

not a good place to live Lived there for one year. A big headache. Maintainance issues need several calls to remind them. Bugs were often found. The air condition was so noisy under my apartment and they never fixed it.

NorthBrook is great! I have lived her for 10 years and it is wonderful! The office staff is very friendly, the landscaping is well kept and the new Clubhouse is great (maybe I will actually work out now!) I absolutly love it here and plan on staying for even longer!:-)
