NorthBrook is great! I have lived her for 10 years and it is wonderful! The office staff is very friendly, the landscaping is well kept and the new Clubhouse is great (maybe I will actually work out now!) I absolutly love it here and plan on staying for even longer!:-)

Great place to live Lived here for about five years in two different types of apartments. Very contented. Staff is helpful and very pleasant. Grounds taken care of very well. Buildings spaced apart so you do not feel cramped. My favorite apt. was the townhouse with two floors and three bedrooms.

Can't believe these people... Just moved out from Northbrook after living there for two years. In that time we experienced repeated water leaks that damaged our carpet, to no fault of our own. We called management who sent maintenance and they never fixed the problem, just painted over
