Well, the rent is pretty cheap for this area and that's the best thing I can say. Maintenance is crappy, the buildings flood and are falling apart, the office people are NEVER there, and turnover is really high. They are a pain to reach and a pain to deal with. The parking situation is RIDICULOUS!!!!! You would have to see it to believe it! They aren't real picky about who moves in next door to you, so watch out! Crackheads and drunks o'plenty!
