I am a resident and yes these are new apartments, so naturally there may be a bug or two. What matters is that the manager is on top of everything. I have been a tenant since they opened and if I have any problems, I just let the manager know and she gets things fixed. She and her husband are always picking up the property. They take pride in their community.
