Lived at The Huntley for a few months in 2006.
Had several issues with appliances from day 1.
Also excess moisture in apt.
forced us to purchase dehumidifier to get humidity in apt.
to at least 60 instead of 75%.
Faucet handles in both showers always fell off.
Apartment never seemed to cool or heat evenly.
Water bills too high.
Power bills higher than our 2000 sq.
ft.
home that we moved from.Downstairs unit was quiet enough since no one lived directly above us, but we could hear the neighbor beside us when they were home.
Office staff friendly but no on site maintenance is a real problem.
Took weeks to get water damage from a leaky water sprinkler completely repaired in bedroom.
Parking was beginning to become an issue when we left because more people had moved in.
Dumpster not always well maintained.
the crusher would malfunction causing a backlog of garbage.
Pool not open most of the time we were there due to failed inpection from the state.
Since we have moved there have been several reports in the Shelby County Reporter listing Huntley as a location in the Pelham City crime reports.

Office staff was fired April of 2007 and the new staff is horrible and mean. They will lie.
