Seriously think twice and ask yourself, "Do you have to live here'"

I highly recommend that you look into renting a house before you finalize your decision to live in The Huntley.
While they are somewhat new, they are VERY lacking from construction, design, practicality, management to maintenance.
Believe me, there is better to choose from.
Management is not friendly.
They act as if you "owe" them and they don't work for you.
When I contacted the home office about an issue AND to offer a suggestion/solution, I never got a return call from anyone...after about 15 calls to them over a 4 week period.
Once you are here, they act like you are meaningless.
Those who move in tend to move out right after their lease is up.
Like me, they realize that the reviews of this place are true and it's too late to get out once you are in a lease here.
You really can do better and, if you HAVE to live in Pelham, consider renting a house because you get "true" privacy, about the same rent money, better parking, better construction/design AND your landlord will be more willing to help you than these people.
