Bad, Bad, Bad.

Cheap and shoddy.

Maintenance is non-existence.

You have to enjoy returning to your apartment everyday to find some type of notice stuck in your door advising you of new rules, regulations or requirements they demand you adhere to immediately.

Yet, you can expect nothing from them in a timely fashion.

The last notice took the cake advising of separating your rent and water payment from this day forward (2/4/08).

If you have already paid your rent - well, then it is deemed unacceptable.

The kicker is that at the end of the notice it actually reads
"Sorry for the incontinence" Guess there are leaks in the office too.
