I wish I had seen this website before moving here--I would not have moved here.
I work for a company that actually has a survey site that they monitor regularly and the goal is to have a 90% recommend rate...that is the standard for all companies wishing to make it for the long term.
But I don't think the "ladies" running this place really care.
They walk around here like they are on grand tour of the joint (especially ----...omg).
And the other one needs to be educated on how to dress appropriately for the business world.
They have hired a couple of ------- people to help them out--2 or 3 recent college grads.
They have always been super sweet.
Unfortunately, they manage to run them off quickly.
I have actually heard ---- cussing one of them out in front of other tenants.
Classy.
I felt bad for the poor girl.
It takes MONTHS to get maintanence issues fixed.
MONTHS.
Did I say months' They leave you these nasty notes about what must be done immediately, but they make you wait months.

My favorite notice was the one that asked you to tell on your neighbors if you see them littering. And when you did they would get fined, and if they didnt pay that fine within 24 hrs, it would be reported to their credit report!
