Well, I read the reviews of everyone today and I'm sure that something has caused the excitement. I know that i was not happy about the idea of writing two checks for water and rent... (we received that notice on february 4)but i asked why and found out it was a notice from their home office to change the way we do it.
My overall experience has been a good one. Maintenance was slow completing my move in inspection sheet repairs, (some items were complete but some were not)but i went back to the office and let them know what had not been done and they sent the maintenance guy out to take care of the remaining problems. I will say i had to wait a day but all things were completed.
The reason i decided to write this review was we had a bad storm on monday. It set off the fire alarm in my building...4am. I called the after hours number and the manager called me right back and said she was on her way. She and the fire department arrived about the same time. The manager was there working in the box more than the fire department. The next day someone came and repaired a breaker that had tripped inside my apartment. So, I will say i recommend the management and the community. Everytime I have let them know when something was not completed or I had a problem the took care of it for me.
