These apartmenst are HORRIBLE.
The office staff are rude and insulting and not helpful at all, especially ------.
The office staff told my daughter, "If I were your mother I would slap your face".
My air conditioner was out for 4 weeks.
There are spaces in between the wall and the outside deck door 1/4 inch wide the sun shines through (along with the wind, heat and cold coming through).
The train comes by approximately 6 times during every night and wakes you.
The garbage is constantly piled up in the dumpster.
Everyday I listen to music in Spanish that I really don't care to hear.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Dear Horrid...
There are a few details missing from your statement:
1) Your daughter was at the pool without a parent. When asked what apartment she lived in, your daughter, WITH AND ATTITUDE sarcastically remarked, "I don't know". Your daughter is 16. We BOTH know your daughter remembers her mailing address.
2) We asked your daughter to step in the office so we could find out what apartment she was in. (We looked your unit up with her last name.) I pulled your file and read her the pool rules and let her know that we cannot allow her in the pool area without you.
3) Your daughter, with attitude, had a few sassy things to say. Some of them being "Whatever" and my favorite, "You can't do anything to me any way". ------'s correct remark to your daughter wasâ?¦ " I have a 17 year old daughter at home and I would never allow her to speak to an adult like you are speaking to us. If my daughter spoke to anyone like that I would slap her in the mouth.â??
Your daughter then remarked â??I'm glad my mom is not a child abuser like you are.â?? I asked her to leave the office...and I called you. Your daughter also did an obscene hand jester to ------ when she left.
The point is...Your daughter was in the wrong. She should have respected the rules and said â??yes mamâ?? and left.
NEXT:
4) You reported youâ??re A/C unit out on 2/5/08 at 4:30pm. The A/C Contractor came out for your unit the next day. We did not hear from you again until 2/12/08, when you dropped a note off in the drop box. The A/C contractor came out again the next day. Your unit was not out of air for 4 weeks. We have the documentation in your file.
5) Our apartments are not near the train. It is on the other side of I65. You must have excellent hearing.
6) Regarding your ¼ space around the door and the music - You never reported any of these issues.
Actually, You only placed 3 work orders the entire year you were here.
