Well, I m taking a few minutes to say thanks to the management team/staff for the quick corrective action to my maintenance request on August 22, 2008 approximately 12 noon. The request was about a blown light bulb in the breezeway. I was leaving my apartment approximately 2 pm the same day and there was the maintenance technician on a ladder already installing a new light bulb. Very small issue, but sometimes it s the small things that reflect on leadership which leaves a positive impression of the overall living environment.

It is wonderful that that breeeway light was fixed so promptly must have been in the front of the complex as there have been many lights out in many breezeways with lot's of people asking to have them fixed and it took weeks to get them fixed.
