The staff is unprofessional and rude. The owners, Hall Housing are just as rude and horrible if not worse than the management team.

I've never lived in an apartment that charged for maintenance calls. These people do. It's beyond ridiculous. They do not respond to maintenance calls. I had a backed up toilet and was told to buy a plunger and deal. Eventually they came to unclog it, but I was told that I would be charged 25.00. I didn't pay it, "we won't make you pay THIS TIME" is what I was told. This place should be shut down.

It wasn't cleaned when I moved in and when the water went out all over the property no one called to let us know. We all had to call in separately and find out and it was almost an entire day before it was fixed.
