I currently live in Harrison Estates and I will feel truely blessed when I move. The people in the office are nice but corporate can bite me. The playground is not functional for older kids.They really have no where to play. I got an apartment facing the playground so I can watch them from the balcony but that's not allowed, you have to be outside in the play area with them.In the summer it's no shade on the playground either. You have to mail your rent to Ohio or somewhere up north and if its a couple days late they harrasse you with being evicted.Every now and then people may fall upon hard times and they don't care. Instead of wanting to set up a payment plan they would rather put you out.I was told that if you can't pay it all, move.I get payed every two weeks all I wanted was to wait until payday and then they want you to overnight it instead of having an account for the apartment manager to deposit rent in for Alabama that way alot of people would never be late but alot of times you don't have it a week early so that it can reach Ohio by the first. I think that upper management needs to come off of their high horse. And first floors only have washer/dryer hookup and the washer and dryer for the whole building is located on the first and third floor. Half of your rent goes to washing clothes and the machine work only half of the time.
