I had a wonderful experience at Harrison Estates. Management was always very helpful, and never gave us a hard time. Of course they fine you if rent is late--that is why they have a DEADLINE. It's the same concept as a credit card; you don't pay on time, you pay a fee. The apartments are pretty nice, and overall the grounds are in decent condition. I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend!
