The apartments are very spacious and I thought I was getting a bargain for the rent. Little did I know that I would hear every sound my neighbors made through the walls. I could hear when they turned on the shower, when their clock went off in the morning, everything. At the time I worked a late shift at work and I was a little nervous getting out of my car simply because the maintainence man wouldn't fix the side light so it was pitch black. We complained numerous times about the roaches-I felt like I was living in filth they were so bad. I cleaned and used sprays and clorox all the time. They said they bombed the apartment, but it never got any better. The kitchens needed updating very badly... All I can say is, keep looking. Don't move to Amberwood Apartments.

so very true i use to live in carriage hill rent was 605 so over charged and my ma now lives in amber woods please please dont waste your money you can rent a 1 or 2 nice bedroom house in columbus for that price maybe even a hundred less man please dont move here i went crazy u wilnever have peace i feel so sorry that my ma moved in because i was just leavin carriage hill i dont see how i lasted a year!!
