I live at Cloverleaf, and for the most part I love it. The staff is very nice and quite helpful. The manager is military affiliated, and she is very understanding about orders. The apartments are older, but it seems to me that they are trying their best for what they have. The property is cleanier now then it ever has been. I always see the office staff out doing things around the area, which tells me that they are proud. I'm astounded about the past reviews. I'm sure that some of the other people either didn't pay their rent and were probably asked to move. If they hate it so bad, then move, why complain about it.

Your way out of control. Go live in the projects,they don't even have central air system. Better plug that fan in..

apparently this person is works there. this place is horrible. I thought it would be a great opportunity by price to get back on my feet after a divorce, in which my ex husband ruined my credit. It wasn't worth it at all. Its not a story of going from riches to rags... its a story of paying your hard earned money to someone or to have a home, and be taken advantage of.

Yeah, obviously shutup2006 is working for them. You have commented on every review for this apartment and calling people names. Grow up. We are trying to warn people on here so that they don't get stuck in a lease and have to pay outrageous fees to get out of it (and not get my deposit back even though there was no damage to the apartment).
