the management is ridicoulous. they dont take care of any of the zillion problems.very very poor insulation, bugs, bad carpet, old, pitiful cabnets, ceilings falling in, crimes, drugs, loud noise all the time, and nasty perverts hanging around outside all the time. i have a small child and i cant even take her outside.do not move in here and dont let any one else. this dump is all we can afford. its too much and too high of a power bill to live in this sick example of an apartment complex.it needs to be torn down and the management fired.

Ummm, actually I used to live there and after I had called the cops twice on some stuff that was going on in the neighborhood, the manager told me that I was causing a "disturbance" because the cops were there all the time (which was only twice at my apartment and once at my neighbors) and that the next time I called the cops, they would evict me. I also told the cops about what was going on in the neighborhood and they told me that unless they see it, they couldn't do anything about it. I asked them to patrol the parking lot and they said they would try, but I never saw a cop go through ever unless they were being called because their car had been broken into.

These reviews about the activities, upkeep (or lack thereof) and the "management" tirades are unsettling. Obviously some people aren't earning enough money to find a place they can be comfortable and feel as though they are at their HOME. A big difference exists between a place where you reside and a place where you actually LIVE, whether it is a house/trailer/duplex/apartment and can call your HOME. Shutup2006 is probably someone biased to this plot with buildings that people breathe, sleep and conspire ways to prey on others. Also why is shutup2006 hurling insults when someone gives their rating on a website for apartment ratings? Furthermore it is completely foolish and a clear sign of ignorance to tell someone to get a job when they may be working 40 hours a week to pay rent. Omnipotence is for a higher power, not a rude human. This can't be all bad spin or an agenda against Cloverleaf. Come to think of it since you must be watching and knowing who works, smokes dope/crack YOU are the one who needs to get a job and lay off the glassdick.... shutup2006 you can follow the advice given in your moniker and well... shut up!!!!
