I agree that they will screw you any way they can out of money. Here is what I went through... We got a dog, and we paid a non refundable pet deposit. Ok no big deal...within our lease with the dog it had no weight or size limit! Ok still no big deal. Here is the big deal, after our dog was only two months old we got a notice at our door and a nasty message on the phone saying that we must either move or get rid of the dog asap, the dog is to big. Real nice to pay a $350.00 pet deposit with no weight or size limitations, and within two months be told the dog must go or we must move because the dog was too big. Does that make sense to you? Either rate we turned our noses at them and conitnued to live there until we found a wonderful place that acepted our pet with only a $150.00 pet deposit. We had horrible dealings with Clover Leaf beyond this even and too much to type...it is a horror story to rent there. Save yourself alot of time money and greif....STAY AWAY!!!
