Yeah, it was cheap, and helped me get on my feet financially, but everything was wrong about this place.
Bugs everywhere, although the pest guy would come by and leave a card that he was there... I complained. He'd come back, and within 2 weeks, bugs were right back again.
They make you sign a waiver of noise ordinance, which apparently they DO NOT inforce. You also sign a waiver as a parent to supervise your child at all times, WRONG... youngins ran all over the place scratching the handle bars of their bikes on your vehicles.
The hoodrats in the complex throw parties day in & day out. Definately drugs there, which is their business, and yes, you sign a waiver for this as well, but there was no parking, and NO SLEEP.
It wasn't safe. I darted to my car one night to get something, luckily it was late so I got in, and shut the door, and a dark figure came out of the shadows between the buildings and walked off... I guess he thought I was leaving.
The tennant below me had his car broken into REPEATEDLY 3 times in one week.
The office is horrible. My mother, a cancer patient, had a double masectomy, I helped with her care, and I didn't get a chance to pay rent until the 5th of the month. Whether it be one day or 20, they still charge you a 50$ late fee.
When it came time for me to move out, my new apartment was ready before the original date, so I jumped at it. I contacted the office, they assured me they would work with me, I agreed to surrender my deposit since I was breaking lease, and filled out & returned all proper paperwork to the office that night in their "secure drop box". Within two days of my immediately moving out, they claimed no paperwork was recieved, did a walk through before the date I stated I would turn the keys over, and charged me OUTRAGOUSLY for clean up fees, charged for new keys etc... so then I was stuck because it was my word against theirs.
Which reminds me, when I was moving in, there was someone on the phone in the office, I assumed it was a previous tenant, and I remember distinctly the office woman claiming to her that her paperwork to terminate the lease at the end of the year was never recieved, therefore her lease automatically rolled over & renewed, and now she was responsible for the years rent & obligated to that apartment. When that employee of cloverleaf got off the phone she asked "AMY" another clerk if she ever saw the paperwork, they shrugged & laughed. I didnt think anything of it, but apparently this is a scam they have worked out.
Look the other way, and don't waste your time.

haha, you have got to be joking! Call the cops? We just moved out of there and we had to call the cops a couple of times and all the did was show up and do nothing. We told them about the drug use and they told us that unless they see it, they couldn't do anything about it. I asked them to patrol the building. They said that they would. I never saw another cop car unless someone was calling them because their car was broken into.
And the staff is HORRIBLE!!! Tammy the manager is a witch with a capital B! She threatened me and harassed me. Please, please do not rent here!!!
