I am sorry to say that I lived in these apartments and had no problems with them until I moved out. They claimed that I had to hire a professional carpet cleaning service to clean the carpets. Before I left I checked the contract numberous times as well as renewals and it never mentioned that the tenant is responsible for having the carpets cleaned professionally. Now, I have lost my deposit and they sent me a bill for $250. In my opinion I wouldn't give them the time of day. Oh, by the way security is only there by an occasional police patroling through. I have only seen them twice in 2 years of living there. I had one neighbor that used to live next to me that had their cars broken into 2 times in the same week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
